Refund policy

Customers may return any unopened and undamaged product within 14 days of receiving their order. Please note that The Neighbourhood Salon will not cover return postage costs for change of mind. Exceptions may apply to certain items, such as products on sale

Once your return is received and processed, please allow up to 5-7 business days for the refund to be completed.
